Description:Many of the repairs listed are very detailed, including descriptions of dilapidation and ideas for improvements. One item on the list states ‘the sink in Scullery wants to be renewed, also new Dresser Tops’. A further entry reads ‘The French Bean House wants repairs’. However, Lord Stafford appears to have thought the repairs too much trouble, his annotation next to the entry reading ‘to be taken down’.
