Description:Crierson, Oldham & Co. also marketed ‘Pure Port Wine’ which was ‘Drunk in Portugal’. The illustrated advertisement states that the drink is ‘a very delicious light Wine, of the style generally drunk by the higher classes in Portugal’. Crierson offered a sample of the wine which they would post to potential customers, but the wine could also be tasted at their Waterloo store.
