Description:The volume includes other receipts for clothing purchased by the Duchess. A receipt from Golspie, dated November 6th 1856, lists a number of items purchased from ‘Ann Smith’ amounting to three pounds, nine shillings and sixpence. The items, paid for by cash, included ‘one fine red worsted Cloak’ costing one pound, ‘one large fine black veil’, ‘one lambwool Jecket’ and also ‘Three fine white worsted caps’. The volume also includes a payment of £49, 2s and 6d to ‘Smith Shoemaker’ made in February 1849
