Description:Beginning on the second floor, the Inventory of West Hill describes the ‘Right Hand Bedchamber’ as the ‘Valets Room’. The room had a colour scheme of blue and white, including a ‘Blue and white painted floor cloth’ and ‘three white Japanned spindle back rush seat Elbow Chairs’. Other furniture featured in the room, including two ‘mahogany frame swing Dressing Glass[es]’ and a ‘Mahogany folding linen airer’.
