Meirheath colliery Dec. 3rd 1799.

Jonathon Shaw agrees with Thomas Heath to get and draw and sell all the coals which shall or can be got in Tabbeners mine. In (the) pit wherein he now works at five shillings and fourpence per cart load to get a constant and full stint of coals and on no account or pretence neglect the same to the prejudice of the Marquis under the penalty of having all monies owing to me stopped by his Lordship’s agent for such neglect of getting a reasonable quantity.
