Mearheath colliery

Thomas Burndred agrees with Thomas Heath to finish ash mine sinking pit in the Mearhay ( colliery ? ) to the bargain made with Ball and Co. and also to get the coals in the said pit when sunk and made ready for that purpose at the price and conditions which Ball and Co now have for getting the coals in 3rd deep pit on the same price.
