Instructions

Take care of the sale of coals, visit all the pits twice a day, examine the brick bank and see as none are stolen or disposed of without your knowledge, see that your team and labourers are properly employed . Take care of your corn and hay and see that no waste is made thereon. See your labourers are properly employed if any ditching or hedging is wanted to get it done. Examine your horses frequently and see as they want no shoes, gearing. Take care to book your postwood as it is ****?. Also see that the colliers don’t want bricks, timber or other necessities to forward their business and give notice thereof to T. Heath or Mr. Daniel who will give you information how to proceed. Lend no materials without order in writing. Examine your timber and other materials and keep them decently together on Foley bank any materials that are done with send hem home the first opportunity.
