Meirheath colliery Dec. 3rd 1799

T, Burndred to have five shillings and sixpence per cart load for getting drawing and selling the coals in the pit he now works in and if a general rise in mens wages takes place before that time to have his price of getting, drawing, raised in proportion but to forfeit any sum of money T. Heath may think proper to impose upon him for any wilful neglect in getting and drawing said coals until the pit is finished.
