Description:The image above shows a ground and chamber plan of Lilleshall Lodge made in April 1908. Pencil annotations on the plan show proposed alterations to the property made in the early twentieth century.
The ground plan shows the dining and drawing rooms to the left of the Entrance Hall and Vestibule. A central Kitchen was situated next to the pantries and the Scullery, which was located near to the Servant’s Hall. Stores for rain water, wood and coals were also a feature on the ground floor.
Dressing rooms and Bedrooms were the main feature on the chamber floor. A toilet, laundry and bathroom were also located on this floor and the Servant’s Bedroom can be seen on the far right of the plan.
